These SMS Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Engage360 Alerts, the SMS program offered by SJM Digital Consulting LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages
By providing your mobile phone number to SJM Digital Consulting LLC and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from us regarding promotions, updates, alerts, and other information related to services and marketing (“Messages”). Your consent is not a condition of purchase.
2. Message Frequency
You may receive up to 6 Messages per month. Actual frequency may vary based on your interactions and preferences.
3. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply when you receive Messages from us. You are responsible for any charges from your wireless provider.
4. New Subscriber Disclosure
When you opt in, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are providing your mobile phone number directly to SJM Digital Consulting LLC.
- You want to receive periodic SMS messages at the number you provided.
- Your mobile carrier is not liable for any SMS delivery issues or fees.
- Your consent to receive Messages covers marketing, promotional alerts, and transactional notifications.
5. Opt-Out / STOP Instructions
To stop receiving Messages, reply STOP to any SMS from us. After you send the STOP command, we will send a one-time confirmation and you will not receive further Messages. You may also contact us at support@sjmdigitalconsulting.com to request removal from the list.

If you need assistance or have questions about this program, reply HELP to any SMS or contact support at support@sjmdigitalconsulting.com or 312-800-0799.
7. Business Identification
Our Messages will clearly identify SJM Digital Consulting LLC as the sender so you always know who is texting you.
8. Consent Documentation
We will maintain records of your consent, including the date, time, phone number, method of opt-in, and the specific program you joined. This documentation is necessary for legal compliance and to respond to any disputes regarding consent.
9. Message Timing
Messages will generally be sent during standard business hours. You will not receive Messages outside of acceptable hours unless you have opted in to time-specific alerts that require delivery outside normal hours.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted and will include a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued participation in Engage360 Alerts after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These SMS Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
