Our Services 5
We offer a full range of digital marketing services designed to help local businesses and e-commerce brands grow online. Our core offerings include:
- Website design and development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO) — local and national
- Google Business Profile management
- Sales funnel and landing page design
- CRM setup and marketing automation (GoHighLevel)
- Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Ongoing strategy and consulting retainers
We have deep experience working with local service businesses (contractors, home services, medical/dental, legal), restaurants and food businesses, and e-commerce brands. That said, our strategies and systems translate well to virtually any industry. If you’re unsure whether we’re a good fit, reach out — we’ll tell you honestly.
Both options are available. We offer one-time project engagements (like a website build or funnel setup) as well as monthly retainers for ongoing marketing support, SEO, and CRM management. Many clients start with a project and then transition to a retainer once they see results.
Yes — always. Our free discovery call is a 20–30 minute conversation where we learn about your business, your goals, and your current challenges. There’s no sales pressure. If we’re a good fit, we’ll recommend a clear path forward. If not, we’ll tell you that too.
We’re transparent about pricing, honest about timelines, and focused on real business outcomes — not vanity metrics. We don’t lock you into complicated contracts or oversell. We treat your business like it matters, because to us, it does.
Websites & Design 4
We primarily build on GoHighLevel (GHL), which we brand as Engage360, as well as WordPress for clients who prefer it. GHL gives us the ability to combine your website, landing pages, CRM, and automations in one streamlined system — which is a big advantage for most small business owners.
A typical website build takes 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on the number of pages, the complexity of the design, and how quickly we receive content from you. Rush timelines may be available — just ask. Delays on the client side (approvals, content delivery) are the most common reason timelines extend.
Most website projects include 2 rounds of revisions. We find that clear communication during the discovery phase minimizes the need for major changes. Additional revision rounds can be added at an hourly rate if needed. We’ll always be upfront about what’s included in your specific package.
Absolutely. Every website we build is fully responsive across all devices — desktop, tablet, and mobile. With more than half of web traffic coming from mobile, this is non-negotiable. We also test performance, load speed, and usability before handing anything off.
SEO & Local Search 4
SEO is a long-term investment. Most clients begin seeing measurable improvement within 3–6 months, with stronger results building over 6–12 months of consistent work. If you need faster results, we may recommend pairing SEO with paid ads in the short term. We’ll always set realistic expectations — not promises that aren’t achievable.
Local SEO is the process of optimizing your online presence so your business shows up when people in your area search for what you offer — especially on Google Maps and the local pack. If you serve customers in a specific city or region, local SEO is essential. It helps you compete against bigger brands by winning in your own backyard.
Yes. Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) is one of the most powerful — and underutilized — tools for local businesses. We handle full GBP setup, optimization, ongoing posting, review strategy, and Q&A management. A well-managed profile can dramatically improve your visibility in local search results.
GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimization — the emerging practice of optimizing your content to appear in AI-powered search answers (like Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Bing Copilot). As more users get answers directly from AI tools, showing up there is becoming just as important as ranking on page one. We help forward-thinking businesses get ahead of this shift.
Funnels & Automation 3
A website is your full digital home — it covers all your services, your story, contact info, and more. A sales funnel is a focused, single-purpose page (or series of pages) designed to guide a visitor toward one specific action — like booking a consultation, claiming an offer, or completing a purchase. Funnels typically convert better than general websites for paid ad campaigns and promotions.
Yes — this is one of our specialties. Using GoHighLevel (our Engage360 CRM), we build automated workflows that follow up with leads via text, email, and voicemail drops immediately after they come in. Studies show that responding within the first 5 minutes dramatically increases conversion rates. We set this up so it runs without you lifting a finger.
Quite a bit, actually. Common automations we build include:
- New lead follow-up sequences (SMS + email)
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Review request campaigns after jobs are completed
- Re-engagement campaigns for cold leads
- Missed call text-back (so you never lose a lead while busy)
- New customer welcome sequences
- Abandoned form or booking recovery
CRM & GoHighLevel 3
GoHighLevel (GHL) is an all-in-one marketing and CRM platform that replaces a stack of separate tools — think CRM, email marketing, SMS, appointment scheduling, website builder, pipeline management, and more, all in one place. We white-label it as Engage360 CRM. For small to medium businesses, it offers enterprise-level capabilities at a fraction of the cost of piecing together multiple platforms.
Not at all. We configure and simplify the platform for your specific workflows, and we provide training so your team knows how to use the tools day-to-day. Most business owners manage leads, appointments, and messages through the mobile app with minimal learning curve. We’re also available for ongoing support if questions come up.
Yes. We regularly work with clients who have an existing GHL account that’s underperforming or poorly configured. We’ll audit what you have, identify gaps, and rebuild or optimize the workflows, funnels, and automations to actually work for your business.
Pricing & Timelines 4
Our pricing is custom-quoted based on the scope of your project and ongoing needs — because a restaurant needing a local SEO campaign has very different requirements than an e-commerce brand running paid ads. We’re transparent about pricing and will always give you a clear, itemized proposal before any work begins. No hidden fees, no surprises. Contact us to get a custom quote — it’s fast and free.
Yes. For project-based work, we typically require a 50% deposit upfront with the remainder due upon completion. For monthly retainers, billing runs at the beginning of each month. This structure protects both parties and keeps projects moving forward.
It varies based on what we agree to, but a typical retainer covers a defined set of monthly deliverables — such as SEO work, content publishing, GBP management, ad campaign management, reporting, or CRM maintenance. Every retainer includes a monthly performance report and a check-in call. We scope everything clearly at the start so you always know what you’re paying for.
Once a proposal is approved and the deposit is received, we can typically begin within 3–5 business days. We’ll send you an onboarding questionnaire and set up a kickoff call to gather everything we need. The faster we get that info from you, the faster your project gets underway.
Support & Process 3
We keep communication simple. Most project updates and feedback happen via email or a shared project thread. For larger engagements, we may use a project management tool to keep tasks organized. You’ll always have a dedicated point of contact, and we aim to respond to messages within one business day.
Yes. After launch or project completion, we offer ongoing maintenance and support packages for clients who want someone on standby for updates, troubleshooting, or continued growth work. Many clients also move into a retainer to keep momentum going. We’re invested in your long-term success, not just the initial delivery.
Yes. Once your project is paid in full, you own everything — your website files, your content, your branding assets, your automations, and your data. We don’t hold your assets hostage. We believe in building trust, and that starts with ensuring you’re never dependent on us to access your own business.
